How to GET applications from Confidential Jobs?

GET /api/v1/applications/{id} returns 404 not found if the job is marked as confidential.
Is there a workaround for this?

or can you suggest a way to test or setup a different webhook for our prod/staging environment? We thought about using a specific test job just for staging env, but we encountered that error/limitation since we dont want that test job to show up in the careers page
