Problem with API

Hello!
Could you please tell me how to submit a support ticket, because I'm having an issue with the API?

The "Get users" method returns “access_group_id”: null for all users in our tenant.

However, for me ([redacted]@[redacted].com[REDACTED]), for example, it should return:
“access_group_id”: [redacted]
since I am an Administrator.

This appears to be some kind of error on your end. Please let me know if you can fix it quickly?
