Important information for companies looking to build an integration off of the Pinpoint API for mutual clients

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review our API docs and interest in building an integration with Pinpoint! We love working with the wider HRTech eco-system and are keen to support clients as much as possible with best in class 3rd party services.

Requirements

In order to build a universal integration for mutual clients we ask for a few simple requirements, in order for us to better support your company and our clients if they face issues:

Before building an integration

  • Please email [email protected] to let us know your plans & use cases so we can also pro-actively help and set up demo accounts, if required
  • See the below note about adding an additional header on all requests

After your integration is built

  • We require a help guide link and a loom recording of how the application works
  • Please complete this short Google Form that will ensure we have all required contact information and marketing assets to correctly list you on our integration marketplace
  • If you'd like to discuss a broader commercial partnership please email [email protected] and our Partnership team will pick up this conversation

Additional Header for 3rd Parties

If you are a 3rd party looking to build an integration on behalf of a client or universal integration that all mutual clients can you please note we ask you to add an additional header to all API requests:

x-vendor-name:{vendor-name} i.e. x-vendor-name:awesome-hris

We ask for this so that we can identify which vendors are using the API on behalf of clients as well as being able to better support you and our clients.
